In short

Everything here belongs to Skrullz Productions LLC. Our marks carry , never ®. To use the logo in a story about us, ask — we will send the files. To report infringement, see section 5.

§ 1 Copyright

© 2014–2026 SKRULLZ PRODUCTIONS LLC. All rights reserved.

The text, layout, stylesheet, code, photography, artwork and logo on this site are owned by Skrullz Productions LLC or used under licence. Our games, our series, our software and their artwork, music, characters and text are separately owned by the company.

§ 2 Our trademarks

The following are trademarks of Skrullz Productions LLC:

  • ATTACK SHIPS™
  • CONDECTUM™
  • PHASE SHIPS™
  • the SP monogram and the SKRULLZ PRODUCTIONS LLC lockup

We assert these marks with the symbol. None of them is a federally registered trademark, and we do not use the ® symbol on any of them. If and when a registration issues for a mark, this page will say so for that mark and not for any other.

§ 3 Other people’s marks

App Store and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Any other company or product name mentioned belongs to its owner. We name them to identify a platform or a product, never to suggest that its owner sponsors or endorses us.

§ 4 Press, media and permissions

Journalists, reviewers, stores and platforms may use our logo and product artwork to illustrate coverage of us. Email [email protected] and we will send the correct files.

Please do not stretch, recolour, outline, rotate or add effects to the logo, place it on a busy background, or combine it with another mark. Please do not use our names or logo in a way that suggests we produced, sponsored or endorsed something we did not.

For anything beyond illustration — merchandise, a video thumbnail for a channel that is not ours, a game modification distributed for money, use of our artwork in another product, or training a model on our content — write first. We answer these.

§ 5 Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you own a copyright and believe material on a site we operate infringes it, send a written notice to our designated agent. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

  1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act for them;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and enough information for us to locate it — a full URL is best;
  4. your address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Designated agent — copyright
SKRULLZ PRODUCTIONS LLC
72 North State Road, Suite 120
Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510-1414
United States
[email protected]

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), containing: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found) and acceptance of service from the person who gave the original notice.

Repeat infringers

Where a product of ours carries user accounts, we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

§ 6 Our own work elsewhere

If you find our games, artwork, video or software redistributed without our permission, we would like to know. Email [email protected] with a link.
